He is a true dual-threat QB, averaging 12.7 carries for 79 yards and 0.67 TD on the ground per game. Williams should be your top Waiver Wire priority this week.

Parker had a slow start to the season but he is finding his stride in conference play. Since Week 5 he is scoring 32+ fantasy points/game with his dual-threat ability. Over that two game period he is averaging 20 pass attempts for 175.5 yards and 1.5 TDs through the air to go with 13.5 rushing attempts for 144.5 yards and 1 TD on the ground per game. He put up those stats against two very bad defenses so you’ll have to use him in very favorable fantasy match-ups. Navarro’s schedule does have such match-ups remaining with Kent State in Week 11, Eastern Michigan in Week 12, and Ball State in Week 14.

Lewis has been putting together a decent 2024 fantasy season. When you remove the Minnesota game he is averaging 24.75 pass attempts for 182 yards and 1.25 TDs in the air to go with 13 rushing attempts for 100.75 yards and 1 TDs on the ground per game. If you haven’t noticed yet, dual-threat QBs are the rave this week on the waiver wire. Once you clear Week 9 Lewis gets some really good fantasy match-ups with Colorado State in Week 10, Boise State in Week 11, and UNLV in Week 14.

I mentioned Ulatowski in the Week 6 Waiver Wire report and said, “There’s an equal chance that Ulatowski could be a flash in the pan or someone that helps propel your team into the playoffs.” He has two games under his belt since taking over the starting QB job and is averaging 32 pass attempts for just 16 completions, 369.5 yards, 3.5 TDs and 1 INT per game. He looks like the real deal with two good WRs that are making big plays. That is the one concern with Ulatowski, he is living off the big play and there’s a chance for regression in the future. His two games so far have been against Eastern Michigan and Ball State who have pass defenses that rank #121 or worse in fantasy points allowed.

If you’re looking for a volume pocket passer, Petras is the best option on the waiver wire this week. He has been the starting QB for three games now and is averaging 48 pass attempts for 375.3 yards, 2.67 TDs and 1.3 INTs per game. His TD/INT ratio is a bit high but you can overlook that a little due to the sheer volume of pass attempts he’s throwing. He has great fantasy match-ups these next two weeks, and has other good match-ups in Week 11 and Weeks 13-14.

I was expecting Robertson so struggle against Iowa State’s #5 ranked pass defense for fantasy points allowed last week, but he decided to ball-out throwing for 258 yards and 3 TDs. Over the last three weeks Robertson is averaging 37.6 pass attempts, 243.3 yards, 2.6 TDs and 1 INT per game in the air, along with 8 carries for 45 yards and 0.6 TDs per game on the ground. He has some very juicy match-ups coming up after his bye week and will be a must-start player.

In the games where he received double digit carries he is averaging 16.7 carries for 93 yards and 1.3 TDs per game. He has a knack for finding the end zone, scoring 6 TDs in his last 4 games. Every fantasy match-up from Weeks 10-14 are good with the best rush defense ranking #81 in fantasy points allowed. If Campbell can keep this scoring pace up during those games he will be extremely valuable for teams making a push to win a championship.

This is abnormal for Red as before last week’s game against Oregon State he was averaging 10 carries for 72.75 yards and 0.5 TDs per game. He normally splits carries with Pat Garwo, and Garwo did play in the Oregon State game with 6 carries (just a little below his per game average). If you pick up Red I’ll caution you to expect a return to normal with the carry split between Red and Garwo.

Central Michigan and Akron will be good fantasy match-ups, but he doesn’t have another favorable fantasy match-up against until Week 14 against Western Michigan.

If you’re in a redraft league his fantasy value may be low as he faces some tough run defenses coming up, with four of those rush defenses ranking in the top 30 for fantasy points allowed.

He has only ran for more than 70 once this season and that was against Hawaii. He put up an impressive 3 TDs against Texas State, but has only scored two others TDs this season. This up and down rushing production wouldn’t be bad if he was actively being used in the passing game but he’s not. I’m including him because of the fantasy production he’s been stringing together but I do have my fears that production is being propped up by the Texas State game.

There are four upcoming fantasy match-ups left on the schedule where Hardy will face off against rush defenses that rank #82 or worse in fantasy points allowed.

He has also scored in his last four games. The upcoming Pittsburgh game should have a continuation of this high fantasy output by Meeks.

Besides the good fantasy match-ups listed below, he also has good match-ups with Arizona State in Week 12 and Cincinnati in Week 13.

I am not a fan of Kentucky WRs as the ball tends to get spread around and no single WR gets a high enough workload to hold fantasy value. For whatever reason the coaches are bucking that trend and over the last three week Key has become “the guy.” Over those three games he is averaging 10.7 targets for 7.7 receptions, 111 yards and 0.67 TDs per game. Those games had a wide mix of opponent quality and game script which makes me think maybe this trend could continue. The remaining fantasy match-ups are not favorable but that might lead to garbage time production, or tight games where the offense needs to keep funneling Key the ball.

The two games he did not receive that many targets were fantasy match-ups that you would have bet on him doing so, with games against Texas Tech and Mississippi State. The rest of his schedule is loaded with good fantasy match-ups, and only one bad match-up against BYU.

He is the WR2 in this offense but so far this season there has been enough production to go around. Floriea is also a big play WR, averaging 20.9 yards/reception with the Penn State and Tennessee games removed. The remaining schedule is a mixed bag of match-ups where you might have to start him against middle of the road pass defenses.

What I really like is the remaining Big XII schedule, with only Utah and Houston serving as non-favorable fantasy match-ups.
